A Gentle reminder to play For people who forgot it is safe to explore.

 sprinkling the Whimsy.

You are here to experience, not to perform.

You are here to experience, not to perform.

We’ve lost touch with the uninhibited playfulness that possessed us when we were small. Being so deep in play, we ‘re not even aware of anything external.

Back then, the credibility and value of what we created was determined only by us. And sharing it with the world felt like a gift, not a performance.

We deserve to be in that state again.

The Art of

conscious disruption

This blog is for you if…

  • You experience the world very deeply. Colors, sounds, images, stories, other people’s energy hit you in the heart much harder than they do others. And you know it does.

  • You want a place to share and celebrate this gift with others, without feeling odd, misunderstood or alone.

  • You have been feeling like there is so much more to experience, but somehow you are feeling anxious to let yourself feel it all.

we need disruption,
because it wakes us up to our Potential.

Co-creating and simultaneously savoring the moment.

Hi, this is Berbel speaking…

I am a firm believer that we have forgotten how to play.

Seriousness seeped in as we grew older and now everything is something we can ‘do wrong’.

However, we are not here to prove anything. We get to have fun for as long as we are here.

Which is the whole point of sprinkling the whimsy.

The world is a stripclub in a church.

It’s the holy, the filthy, and everything in between.
Don’t be ashamed of yourself. - X B.

If You made it this far: I hope you have fun!

Not just on here, but everywhere you go and with everything you do. You deserve to be happy. To feel good in your body. And to know that you matter.

Especially the parts you don’t think are good enough.

keep Sprinkling the whimsy.
